Disappointing service

You advertise that you offer discount for purchase 2 pair. I purchased 3 pair. One pair was defective and I received terrible service to try to return the defective pair. Once you finally accepted the return, you refunded me the discounted amount, leaving me with two full price frames. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and you are working very hard to change that. So disappointing.
