Lovely frames

Adorable frames. They’re actually not the ones I ordered, and Hip didn’t tell me for almost two weeks after I ordered them. I hounded their customer service for several days before I got an answer and was told the frames I ordered were “out of stock”. In the end it worked out but I don’t feel like Hip made it right.
