I got the Ives in buff with rose gradient tint. Absolutely gorgeous. Very well made. The arms are a little light (I’m used to heavy frames), so I’ll just be careful. The gradiation came out perfect. A dark rose down to a light pink. Not too dark, just right. The frames are smaller than I thought, which is good. I didn’t want the giant aviator look. It shipped out the day I ordered it.
I ordered a pair of Ives frames for my last set of glasses. I am very pleased with the metallic frames that comes in a gold tone finish and black ear pieces. These are modern wire rims and still has a classic appearance to them with the bubble shape around the eyes! They fit very well. My problem lies in the fact that I can't see very well through the lens. I ordered the same RX as last time and as a blended lens I can't even read the computer screen! I hope hip will double check the RX as then I will know if I need to get a new refraction from my Doctor's office!
